Award winning make up artist / budding producer Nick Dudman, wishes to make The Saga of the Exiles into feature films.
(SQUEE!!1!!)
Ahem.
Of course it might not actually happen, but isn't it great that someone has expressed an interest.

Comic version of 'Adversary' scene
I like the latest Instagram entry on #sagaoftheexiles - someone accepted the challenge of getting their favourite book ('The Adversary' by Julian May in this case, bless), turning it to a random page and make said page into a comic form.
In his words: "Anyway, in this scene, Elizabeth (responsible aloof older telepath) has been trying to cure a baby (Brendan) of some "black torc" ailment with Aiken Drum (trickster/rebel, not pictured...) when she's interrupted by a psychic projection of super-hot bad boy Marc Remillard, the titular Adversary, who offers her help."

Julian May dead at 86
Julian May has died, aged 86. She was working up to the last minute on a TV adaption of her 'Saga of the Exiles'.
She will be missed... I have enjoyed her books for 20 years now.

New Felice pic re: Pliocene Exile TV show
On Nick Dudman's website, there is a new promotional painting / picture for 'The Exiles', his TV development of the 'Pliocene Exile' books.
It's called 'Felice at the Ship's Grave' and shows her standing from a distance looking towards the crater lake (presumably looking forward to getting her own gold torc).
It looks quite dramatic. I've always had a soft spot for the Ship; it was a living spaceship bonded to Brede Shipspouse, and gave its life to find the Tanu / Firvulag a new home. The Ship's Grave is based on the Ries, a meteor crater that surrounds a German city north of the Danube.
Moar pics plz!

It shows a group of people each on a horse-like chaliko, heading towards a gleaming Tanu city in the mountains (I don't think the people are Group Green, though).

I'm a little late commenting on this, I suppose, but can I just say that LinkedIn's communication system is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!? I have no way of getting in touch with the guy unless I "upgrade" (ha ha, how about no, I'm not paying some unspecified amount of money for one service) or inviting him to connect (which requires me to prove I have already been in touch with him).
In conclusion, fuck LinkedIn with a Tanu glass sword.
